ALTAR WORKERS
The Altar Ministry seeks to minister at the Altar an effective manner, carefully listening and discerning the heart of the seeker by yielding to the ministry of the Holy Spirit. As an Altar worker you are required to know and trust the Word of God, to pray and to minister in faith. Altar workers are called upon as needed and are directed by the Pastor or the leader.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH

Children's church aims to equip and challenge Maranatha's youth to abide by the Word of God and to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Within Children's Church are the young adults, the pre-teens, juniors and boys and girls ages 2-8. The children participate in different activities throughout the year such as Harvest Fest and youth programs. As a teacher of helper within Children's church, the commitment will be to be there on Wednesday nights and to help in special events. Meeting are held as called by the director.

HOSPITALITY

Some of these are host, hostesses, food servers, preparations and decorations. The Hospitality committee meets as events arise and meetings are held accordingly. They are most often called upon at Celebration and at Special Events.

NURSERY
To be part of the Nursery Ministry is to be a part of a unique opportunity to influence the thoughts, emotions and spirituality of our youngest minds. As a staff member, the requirement is to work one Sunday per month and as a worker, the requirement is to work one Sunday per quarter. The nursery is also open to junior helpers (age 15 and up) who work on a schedule of rotation set up by the director. Meetings for staff, workers, and junior helpers are called by the director.
