- Faith-based, comprehensive support for successful community reintegration.
- Basic needs: food, clothing, hygiene products
- Housing support and referrals
- Employment services: job readiness training, resume workshops, interview prep
- Education: computer literacy classes, academic guidance
- Life skills development workshops
- Family reunification support
- Transportation assistance for services and employment
- Spiritual counseling and mentorship
- Works with the Santa Clara County Faith Reentry Collaborative.
- Expands access to resources through a network of faith-based organizations.
- Regular reentry-related events, including job fairs and workshops.
- Walk-ins welcome during office hours.
